How Pricing Works
The diagnostic service call covers a technician coming to your home, diagnosing the fault, and giving you a written estimate for the repair. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. If you decide not to proceed, the service call is all you pay.
Repair prices depend on the appliance, the part, and the labor involved, which is why we quote in writing after we see the unit rather than guessing over the phone. What does not change is the rule: Final pricing is confirmed in writing before approved work begins, and Any diagnostic or travel fee is disclosed before the appointment, and repair work starts only after you approve the written estimate.

Why a Service Call at All?
A proper diagnosis on a built-in Sub-Zero or a Wolf range takes time and expertise, and the fee covers that visit. Because it is fees confirmed before approval, most customers never feel it as a separate cost.
